Hexamine - Fine Powder - 99% Purity

Hexamine, also called hexamethylenetetramine, supplied as a fine white powder at 99% purity. It is a crystalline solid that sublimes rather than melts, and it burns cleanly with little residue or smoke.

It is best known as the fuel in solid tablets for camping and emergency stoves. In industry it is used as a hardener and curing agent for phenolic and novolac resins, as a rubber vulcanization accelerator, as a corrosion inhibitor, and as an intermediate in pharmaceutical and textile chemistry. In pyrotechnics it serves as an organic fuel and color-enhancing additive.
