It is fully functional and is not a display piece, so the winner will need to clear the shipment with their chosen FFL and provide their FFL's address & contact info prior to shipping. Ticket buyers must be 21+, a citizen and resident of the USA, and must be legally allowed to purchase a firearm. We ship to your FFL free of charge. The winner is responsible for any transfer fee at pickup from your chosen FFL.

Once all 150 tickets have been sold I will notify all ticket holders, and will be doing the drawing via livestream to announce the winner! Make sure to provide a valid email address or phone number at purchase so that we can reach you and send you a link to the livestream. Even if you can't make it, no worries, I will notify you by email if you are the winner.

All ticket sales are final. Must be 21+, a US citizen and current resident of the USA, and must be legally allowed to own a firearm. If the FFL denies the transfer due to a failed background check or other reason then the firearm will be shipped back to us, and the runner up will be chosen as the new winner. 

Gold plating will last for a very long time if used as a display piece only. You can absolutely take the firearm to the range, just be aware that firing it, abusive handling, tossing it in a range bag, etc. will cause wear and tear to the gold plating, and may cause it to wear through or flake off. There is no warranty and keeping the firearm pristine will be the responsibility of the winner once the firearm has been received and signed for.
