Ferro-Titanium Powder -60 +325 Mesh

Ferro-titanium powder is a crushed iron-titanium alloy screened to -60 +325 mesh, meaning the particles pass a 60-mesh screen and are retained on 325 mesh, roughly 44 to 250 microns. The graded cut gives predictable flow and packing.

Ferro-titanium is used as an alloying addition in steelmaking and powder metallurgy, where it introduces titanium without the cost of the pure metal. In pyrotechnics it is the usual spark-producing additive in sparklers, fountains and glitter effects, giving hot white branching sparks with little residue.
