Chlorinated Rubber Powder 99+% Purity

Chlorinated rubber powder is a chlorinated polyisoprene resin supplied as a free flowing powder at 99+% purity. It dissolves in aromatic and chlorinated solvents to give films with good chemical resistance, low moisture permeability and adhesion to metal, concrete and previously coated surfaces.

The main use is in protective and marine coatings, road marking paints, swimming pool and concrete finishes, and adhesives and sealants where resistance to acids, alkalis and weathering matters. In pyrotechnics it is used as a chlorine donor and binder in colored compositions.
