Copper Oxychloride - Dicopper Chloride Trihydroxide Powder 99% Purity Lab Grade

Copper oxychloride, also called dicopper chloride trihydroxide, is supplied as a 99% purity lab grade powder. It is best known in agriculture as a protectant fungicide, where it is applied against downy mildew, blight and similar fungal diseases on vines, orchards and field crops.

Outside agriculture the same biocidal behavior puts it into antifouling and antifungal paints and coatings, and its blue-green color has a long history as a copper pigment. It is corrosive and is handled with the usual precautions for copper salts.
