1/2 LB Alpha Amylase Enzyme Formula For Brewing, Fermentation

Amylase enzyme is typically used by all-grain brewers to add to a high adjunct mash that may be low in enzymes to aid in converting starches into sugar. It can also convert complex starches like potato mash into sugars for fermentation. This enzyme can also prevent starch haze in beer. Use 1 teaspoon per 5 gallon batch.

Returns can only be accepted when the product is shipped back unused in its original packaging. Orders are weighed before shipping and again when a return is received. If the weight differs or the materials were clearly used then a refund cannot be issued.
